    For more than 15 years now, Ash has been supporting businesses of all shapes and sizes unlock the potential of their greatest resource – their people.

    A strategic people and culture executive by trade, Ash has long held a passion for pushing Human Resources in exciting and empowering directions. And she channelled this passion into founding People Co.

    Managing a progressive people & culture consultancy means Ash can keep partnering with business to make real progress for people – and help shape a better world of work. And when her own work’s done for the day, you’ll find her spending quality time with her dog Benji.

    Ash leads People Co.’s partnering function, working with clients to design and embed strategic initiatives that align to their business objectives. In other words, she’s an internal people partner. (And a great one at that.)

    Ash has over a decade of experience in organisations of varying sizes and scope, cutting through to the core of complex people challenges. She works with businesses to uncover and cultivate engaging cultures – where leaders and employees feel valued and driven to succeed.

    When Ash isn’t working, you’ll find her sipping her double-shot flat white in the mornings and a good Italian pinot grigio in the evenings (although sometimes it’s the other way around).

With a keen eye for detail and a love for bringing creative ideas to life, she’s always finding new ways to add a touch of artistry to everyday tasks. Whether it's organising projects or working on fresh designs, Azzy’s passion for creativity shines through in everything she does.

    Calm under pressure and always ready to think outside the box, Azzy enjoys solving problems with a blend of practicality and imagination.
